Project Management Office Manager

We are seeking a PMO Project Manager to lead and manage key projects such as technology transfer, property decommissioning, and dossier upgrades. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, establishing timelines, managing delays, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations throughout each project phase. We are looking for someone who can build trust with different areas of the company, manage executive reports, and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage product transfer projects from internal manufacturing to national and international sites.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (R&D, manufacturing, quality, finance, etc.) to achieve project objectives.
  • Define project goals and execution strategies, establish priorities, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Develop work plans, identify risks, establish critical paths, and mitigate challenges.
  • Maintain effective communication with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Oversee project documentation and coordinate resources and budgets.
Requerimientos

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Engineering (QFB, IQ, IBT, etc.).
  • 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of NOM-072, NOM-073, NOM-059, NOM-241 standards.
  • Experience in the manufacturing of sterile and solid products (desirable).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project or similar).
  • Advanced English (written and spoken).
