Compliance Officer

At Laboratorios Grin, we are looking for a Compliance Officer to serve as the company’s representative and key liaison with industry associations, particularly CANIFARMA, and to ensure the implementation of the CETIFARMA code in our operations. This role is responsible for risk management, regulatory compliance, and oversight of best practices in academic, scientific, and commercial relations. Additionally, the position will collaborate with Compliance Americas (Corporate), reviewing internal policies and documents, supporting translations, and ensuring approvals in English.
Responsabilidades
- Represent the company before industry associations, such as CANIFARMA.
- Manage and monitor risks through the company’s risk committee based on the risk matrix.
- Deliver recurring training on compliance matters, anti-corruption, and data privacy.
- Audit, review, update, and link internal policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor daily operations to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
- Support commercial teams in managing best practices for the sales force.
- Conduct internal investigations related to reports received through the Speak Up channel.
Requerimientos
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (required).
- At least 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated sectors.
- Deep understanding of CETIFARMA and CANIFARMA codes, risk management frameworks, and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Certification in Compliance or diplomas in anti-corruption (desirable).
- Intermediate-Advanced English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint 100%, Excel 50%).
- Familiarity with SAP (50%).
- Strong analytical and planning abilities, with attention to detail.
