Laboratorios Grin is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our team. This role will play a critical part in managing and optimizing our SuccessFactors platform, ensuring smooth implementations, ongoing process tracking, and data accuracy for HR analytics. The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for generating essential reports and dashboards, providing valuable insights to support strategic HR decisions. This position involves monthly communication and reporting to our team in India, requiring a detail-oriented, analytical individual with strong communication skills. The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for generating essential reports and dashboards, providing valuable insights to support strategic HR decisions. This position involves monthly communication and reporting to our team in India, requiring a detail-oriented, analytical individual with strong communication skills.
Responsabilidades
- SuccessFactors Management: Oversee SuccessFactors implementations, ensure adherence to processes, and manage ongoing updates and configurations.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and send HR reports to India, including metrics on turnover, headcount tracking, and more. Extract data from SuccessFactors to build dashboards that inform business strategies.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure that HR data is accurate and up-to-date, supporting various HR processes such as new hires, terminations, and employee transfers.
- Process Tracking: Maintain close follow-up on implementation tasks and data tracking, ensuring that timelines are met and processes are fully documented.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other HR and finance teams to track employee life cycle events and budget alignment.
- Attention to Detail: Support data integrity across HR systems and make sure that detailed reports and tracking align with company needs.
Requerimientos
- Experience with HRIS systems, especially SuccessFactors (including implementation experience preferred).
- Fluent English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills (essential for regular contact with India)..
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail, able to identify and address data inconsistencies..
- Proven ability to manage and follow up on tasks requiring high accuracy and organization. eopdkopekdedede Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with a structured, process-driven work style.
